Create Notify billing type processor, with Recurring Payment Support

Hi:

I've created a notify type payment processor. Works OK for instant payments.
But it seems that, even if the is_recur flag is set to 1, when I try to set up a Contribution Page with promises, the option for recurrent contribution is never showing.
Did I miss something?

there is a field is_recur - in the payment _processor & payment_processor_type tables
