Multi Name Household Best Practice
February 10, 2014, 12:56:14 pm
A client organization I work with forwarded this to me and basically said "we don't want this to happen here" :)

Are there any recommendations on "Civi Best Practices" on this sort of thing. I can't really wrap my head around a way to approach this... and Google/searching hasn't brought "enlightenment".

Caveat: This might be exactly what Households are supposed to do, but I've never had call to work with Households because it is usually enough of a "battle" to get our clients to use a "real" CRM system at all.

Thanks in advance!

Matt
