Redeclare Class Anchor dot_base.php

I am getting the following error when I try to open the Contributions Dashboard:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class anchor in/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/OpenFlashChart/php-ofc-library/dot_base.php on line 203

Any ideas?
Civicrm 4.3.5
Joomla 2.5.11

Some background to the problem will most probably be needed.  eg "new install", "problem appeared after upgrade from ?? version which completed without/with the following error messages",  "have just moved site to new server" etc
