drupal civicrm mobile friendly

Anyone knows what's an effective way to implement a mobile friendly drupal/civicrm mobile/tablet site?

For normal users, its more of a drupal mobile friendly.

But for admin users, an easy way to update the attendance of an event using a tablet is required.
