Could not find a valid session key
February 19, 2014, 03:15:40 pm
I have created a block for mailing subscription form following this post:
https://civicrm.org/blogs/shot/mailing-list-subscription-forms-drupal-blocks and this post:
http://packtlib.packtpub.com/library/civicrm-cookbook/ch05lvl1sec59
I have created the module and uploaded and enabled it.
When logged in the form works very well.
As an anonymous users I get this error:
Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
We can't load the requested web page. This page requires cookies to be enabled in your browser settings. Please check this setting and enable cookies (if they are not enabled). Then try again. If this error persists, contact the site adminstrator for assistance.
Site Administrators: This error may indicate that users are accessing this page using a domain or URL other than the configured Base URL. EXAMPLE: Base URL is http://example.org, but some users are accessing the page via http://www.example.org or a domain alias like http://myotherexample.org.
Error type: Could not find a valid session key.

I have the right base url and set the .htaccess file to match. Cache for anonymous users in not enabled. I have user 0 in my database.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've been able to work around this issue by using webform and setting this as a block and civiwebform.
Just in case anyone else is running into this issue.
