Contribution user mismatch

I have not seen this issue before where there is a mismatch between the from contact in the contribution and on the tab (see attached). Would appreciate some help if possible.

Have you installed drupal Metatag module in the site?

I have noticed a similar issue when using metatag module, which caches page title and shows the cached page title for subsequent pages.

Many thanks - I uninstalled the metatag module and the problem no longer exists.
