I'm seeing an unusual issue and I'm not sure if it is a bug or if it is working as intended:

- In Configure Event>Event Fees set it as a paid event
- Check the box next to "Enable Pay Later option" and click Save 
- Go into Online Registration and click Save

Now go back into Event Fees and the Enable Pay Later checkbox is now unchecked. This occurs on the civicrm demo site as well.

It appears that editing the Online Registration settings causes the Enable Pay Later option to become disabled. Can anyone confirm that this is in fact a bug?
