I want to change the world, and I want to transform my organization to be maximum effective in doing that.
One of our ways to do that, is to support our life-changing work in the field (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GA7Hpxh_NL0), by fundraise in the most efficient ways as possible.

Spending the money where we get most ReturnOnInvestment, by:
- communicating more with the people that is actually interested in talking with us (the top 20% donors)
- communicating less with the people that are not showing so much interest (the bottom 80% donors)

More effecient workflow for back-office staff, by:
- automating the creation of adress files for print
- automating the creation of ready-to-print PDF-letters.
- automating e-mail and sms

The feeling of personal one-to-one communication, by:
- communicating to our friends and supporters, with appropriate tone. (preferably about the same theme they indicated they were interested in)
- treating people differently based on their level of engagement
- quick and relevant communication
- donor activity-driven communication(f.ex. Now you have shown us big trust, by giving us three donations. Ready to take it to the next level), instead of time-driven communication (f.ex. Spring Letter. Give us money, because now it is Spring!)

Lower our administrative costs, by:
- More cost-effecient fundraising
- More time-effecient staff handling
- Setting individual communication in to a manageble system


This can be done by setting up automatic Donor Journeys for different donor groups in CiviCRM.
At the moment, my organization has implemented the Donor Journey-mindset, and using CiviCRM to do it.
I will be happy to share our experiences, with anyone interested.
