3 function data-driven fundraising
February 26, 2014, 01:32:23 am
Hi all donor journey and data-driven fundraising fans...

I'm at the moment drawing up some schema's om how the IT/data infrastructure should look like to run a real data-driven fundraising process. 2 drawing in the making...

The first I post now, the seond will come soon.

This one, the 3 function in data-driven fundraising gives an general picture of what functions are needed on the data level to run a data-driven fundraising activity, such as working with donor journeys. (It does not say anything about the communications and story telling part)
This is a general picture that might be useful to clarify stuff to other colleagues in your organisation as well.

The second drawing is on how I'm thinking now to build stuff for Amnesty Flanders, this draxing might be more specific for Amensty Flanders, but it could inspire you as well - so I'll post the draft as soon as I have it.

By the way at Amensty we now installed an analytics server (Rapidminer Server community edition) next to civiCRM an we run now some initial tests. It looks promesing but we are still setting it up. It can give an answer to optimise easily automated donor journeys when we would make civiCRM en Rapidminer Server communicate to each other ;-)

All comments welcome.
