I am Interested to work on this project, this project can be combined with "Bootstrap for CiviCRM UI" and using bootstraptour.com Jquery Plugin, it can be easily achieved

Using bootstrap-tour.min.js instead of the Joyride library is an option, but this shouldn't be dependent on another GSoC project.  bootstrap-tour.min.js would give you the mechanism to deploy a tour, but we still need a way to author, translate, and update the tour.

I am interested in working on this project. If I have understood the statement right, it can be implemented via Intro.js, right?
I have already worked on intro.js as well. Please tell me some consideration which are crucial before making a proposal for this GSoC project?
