Civicase and project management
February 28, 2014, 08:21:49 am
HI
I am a very beginner   in CiviCRM and I am learning.
CiviCRM seems a good choice for my organisation. But I do not see how to implement a simple management of project, we have a lot of small projects done by a cooperation of internal and external contacts.
I need to trace a set of simple projects. By simple projects, I mean having per project a title, a type, a status, a due date, and a list of participants (can be a group) and a project leader, a description. The project is simply a list of tasks, a due date for each task, and if possible but not mandatory a responsible for the task, a description of the task.
My question is, it is possible to do that with CiviCRM ?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Have a good day
Roger

Some people have done it. If you search google for something like
site:civicrm.org civicase "project management"
then there's a few pointers.
