Can't disable multiple participants?
February 28, 2014, 10:16:06 am
Hi - I'm using v. 4.4.2 and the goal is to allow one person to buy multiple tickets (and multiple ticket types) for an event. Enabled Cart function so they can buy multiple events at one time (mission critical).

Created event and unchecked box Register Multiple Participants. Save and go to Event List. Clicked Add to Cart for that event. Cart Checkout still presents "Add Another Participant" button.

Also, it doesn't show any notation of the Quantity near the quantity entry field as it does on the Test drive for the event. It also doesn't show a total field or the price field, just the description field.

If anyone is so inclined, here's the link and my test event is New Fantasy Event

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Dave
