I am trying to deploy my events using the RSS Feed function. 

As long as I am logged into my CiviCRM site, I can pull up the RSS feed.  But, when I'm not logged in, I receive an error that says: Internet explorer is unable to update password-protected feeds.

How do I make my RSS Feed available to anonymous users?

I am hosting my site with DrupValueHosting.com

Assuming you're using Drupal and CiviCRM 2.0 (also 1.9 i think) ... the RSS and iCal feeds are permissioned using the same access control permission as registering for events - so you need to make sure that "register for events" is permitted for the Anonymous role.
