Personal Campaign Page Honor Roll Not Working

After creating a "test" event with PCP enabled, I logged out, registered for the event and then created a PCP page with both the Honor Roll and Thermometer enabled. Then tested registering for the event from the PCP page and checked that I wanted my name displayed in the honor roll.

Neither the thermometer or the honor roll are displaying anything. Tried enabling the Participant Listing on the event. This also didn't work.
Is there something I'm missing?

Using CCRM: 4.4.3
