'Confirm Contribution' appears to be hard coded into CRM/Contribute/Form/Contribution/Main.php. How do I override so that it is labeled 'Confirm Registration'? I've tried word replacement, but it doesn't have any effect on this label.

Have you enabled the word replacement? Can you check for rogue spaces or hidden characters?

We definitely have word replacement operating correctly for 'Confirm Contribution' in 4.2 and 4.4

Thank you! I hadn't enabled the Original. On my system the checkbox for enabling is about an inch to the left of the input box for the original word so I missed seeing it before.
