Is it possible to have multiple "pay later" options in Civicontribute?

In our organisation we have one person who clears our (actually theirs but they let us use it as a postal address) PO Box and banks cheques, and another couple of people who can check bank account and process EFT payments. (Plus for events we'd probably want a "cash on arrival" option.)
Therefore it's important that we know where to look/who to alert for someone's payment.
