When adding an address to an individual and utilizing the "Use another contact's address" feature and choosing an address from an organization, an employee/employer relationship is automagically created. I assume this is a "feature", but in many instances this relationship is not valid. I've confirmed this on the demo site.

Is this a feature or a bug? If it is a feature is there anywhere in the UI when it can be turned off?

There is already an issue for this, unfortunately for you the status at the moment is 'won't fix'. Would be great though if you are in a position to correct this?
