My contact address field set is collapsed on initial display which is not what I'd want when creating a new contact or editing an existing one. 

Is there a way to expand the contact address field set on initial display as the default??  This can be done with all other custom sets created at the time of creating the field set, but can't seem to find the method for doing this with the address field set.
