CiviMember Renewal Amount Incorrect in CiviContribute

We have a client entering membership renewals with the payment information but when you look at the related contribution record, it shows $0.00.

The memberships are set up as a price set and new memberships entered offline do not appear to have this issue.

Thoughts??

Do you have any extensions / modules in play.

You should go to 4.4.4 before too much debugging - 4.4.4 was a significant bug-fix upgrade

No Civi Extensions at all - straight up install, a couple of custom tokens for a mail template, but those don't touch anything related to this.

Will get the update done and see if that helps at all and report back.
