I am not able to figure out what token to include in the email so that the received can update their address and other details? Is it possible? How can i do this?

You need to create a profile that contains the contact core/custom fields you want them to update. When you create the profile note its id (N),

As you are using drupal, in the email you send them insert http://www.myorganization.org/civicrm/profile/edit?reset=1&gid=N&{contact.checksum}&id={contact.contact_id}
