White screen (not WSOD) on upgrade from 4.2.9 to 4.4.4 (D6)

Hi All,

I have a site running CiviCRM 4.2.9 on Drupal 6, attempting to upgrade to CiviCRM 4.4.4. Naturally, I'm following  the steps at https://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+4.4+-+Drupal+6 . At Step 9 ("run the upgrade script") I navigate to /civicrm/upgrade?reset=1 , and I get a blank white page.

There is no error in the Apache log. Apache, like Chrome's network analyzer, shows that the page is delivered with status 200.

Has anyone seen this odd behavior before, or have a tip on something else I could try?

Allen - are you able to try the upgrade with drush? No idea but drushsometimes gives more info

Try upgrading to 4.3 perhaps.

Running the upgrade via drush worked. Not sure what's going on there, but thanks for the help!

TwoMice, did you upgrade to 4.3.1 first? If not, please can you let me know if you encounter any issues, as we're doing the same at the moment!

Perhaps a theme issue or conflicting drupal module?  Check your jQuery console in your browser and/or switch to Garland prior to upgrade.
