I have an application where I am granting the principal or secretary of each of over 500 schools to log in and view only their own students as contacts- a civicrm access group of contacts who are students of thier school is created for each school. However I need the principal to be able to add contacts (students). At the moment the principal can add a student, but he has to select his school from a large number of other groups in order to make sure he has access to view his own students. I don't want the principal to have the opportunity to make a mistake. Is there any way to restrict his view of the group lists in order to only show those he should see, and prevent the possibilty of assigning his students to the wrong group?
