Multiple content blocks in CiviMail?
March 23, 2014, 02:18:20 am
This doesn't look possible currently - just wondering whether this has been a previous request or is planned at all. How feasible would it be for CiviMail to allow users to load multiple templates in a single mailing? So you could have the standard header and footer as usual, but then stack multiple templates on top of each other. For my use case, this means I could design templates used for advertising events, new campaigns, news etc. and users can just pick and choose which ones they want, and in which order.

Definitely not possible currently. You might want to google re the work eileen did getting a Views token working with civimail, in case you can see how a drupal side approach eg with nodequeue could let users build up the components they want in to a View and then have civi fire off the token
