We recently updated a client to CiviCRM 4.4.4 on a Drupal 6 site.  They also use Paypal as the payment processor.  Since the update, event registration payment transactions in the Bookkeeping Transactions report don't show the Transaction ID.  Looking at the financial_trxn table, prior to the update, there were 2 entries per registration, one with the fee (with trans ID) and one with amount - fee = net (with trans ID).  After the update, there is one entry with amount (NO trans ID) and the second with just the fee (with trans ID).  I haven't been able to determine if the entries in the DB are broken or if they are correct and the report is broken.

Note that the contribution table has all the data merged (amount - fee = net) with the correct transaction ID, so suspect the DB is fine.  However, the client would like to use the Bookkeeping Transactions report so I need to understand where the problem is in order to be able to find a fix.  I have looked at the Civi error logs and I don't see any errors that look like they might apply here.
