Paypal Payment Pro - Developer Test Drive not Working

I haven't tried the live site yet because I wanted to test payments pro first.

I am pretty sure that I have the developer site set up properly. I recall using it for testing on another site (non civicrm) quite some time ago. I set up a new business account (Canadian) to test this site. But when I use the test processor in an on line event I get the following when I click the Register Now button:

Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
Could not find user name for payment processor

Does anyone know the source of this error? Which logs should I be looking at?

Any direction would be much appreciated.
