Is there a way to add the county on the contact summary address field? I have counties integrated in civicrm and they populate once you click the edit button for the address but they do not display initially when i pull up a contact record.

ensure that county is enabled in the preferences here:

http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/address?reset=1
