Hi - my users feedback is that the instructions at Step 4 are not clear. Ie if you set it to send a Test email, and hit NEXT it is not clear that hitting NEXT causes the test mail to be sent. And that Step 5 makes no reference to whether it has been sent or not, and therefore leaves them uncertain as to whether they need to use Step 5 to send the Test email.
Suggestion: change name of button from NEXT to NEXT OR SEND TEST (given it has to make sense to people who are and are not sending test message.)

Also there is the question of what they do if part way through setting up an email they have to PAUSE the process. Do they just hit CANCEL and then pick up from where they left off by hitting 'Re-use' for the email they had started (since there doesn't seem to be an option to continue a paused emailing).

We discussed it here and it seems like the best approach is to create a separate "Send Test Mailing" button on that form - which sends the test out, gives a status "Test mailing has been sent." and stays on that page.

That sounds like an even better solution. Thanks

Also - giving users the ability to save a mailing and finish it later has come up several times recently (and fortunately it's a fairly easy change). I've entered an issue for this here:

For 2.1 we will fix 'Send to This Address' to accept only one email address.
