I am using CiviDiscount for memberships and events. The issue I'm seeing is it's not tracking the usage. I see in the UI that 0/5 codes have been used when I know that caode has been used.


Is there a known issue or fix for this?

We had the same issue. It turned out to be due to using Membership price sets.

I found that it had been recently reported with a solution by Allan Chappell in the github issue queue:
