Cannot find Mail after installed CiviCRM in Drupal

I am currently using Drupal 5.1 and CiviCRM 1.7.9379.

But I cannot find "Mail" in the CiviCRM menu. What should I configure to enable it or what extra modules should I install?

Are you looking for the ability to mail individual contacts, or the mass-mailing CiviMail component?

The ability to mail individual contacts or a result of a seach (‘Send an Email’/‘Send Email to Contacts’) appears once you set your SMTP server and port in Administer CiviCRM → Global Settings → Outbound Email (SMTP).

As for CiviMail, its setup is way more complicated. It requires PHP 5 and the installation steps are described on the CiviMail Installation page.

"MAIL" can't be found in Enable Component even I have defined the SMTP and Port in Administer CiviCRM->Global Settings-> Outbound Email. Please help !

PS: The version of Civicrm (Drupal) I am using is 1.7.9682

Which version of PHP are you using? CiviMail works only with PHP 5.
