SMS Provider custom files in 4.4.4

Hi gang,

In 4.2 (and 4.3 afaict), SMS Providers had to have their own code file... but now it seems they've all gone missing!

Is it the case that we no longer need SMS/Provider/Clickatell.php files? If so, I will delete the custom entries.
