Users can't access CiviCRM after 2.0 Upgrade
April 29, 2008, 02:15:54 pm
One of my installations has a problem I've not yet seen.

After upgrading to 2.0 (for Drupal), regular users can no longer access CiviCRM. If the click the menu item for it, the correct URL appears in the status bar, but they are simply redirected back to the Drupal home page. This is not occurring for the admin user (user 1).

I've doubles cheched Drupal Acces Controls, I've cleared the sessions table, I've tried both clean and non-clearn URLs, I've tried manually entering a CiviCRM path in the address bar. In all cases, the users are redirected back to Drupal home. They can navigate to other Drupal pages without trouble, just not CiviCRM pages.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Matt

Turns out that I deleted contacts for the corresponding user accounts. I removed the invalid rows from civicrm_uf_match table, and re-ran sync users to contacts, and all is well.
