Can't get to mailer settings and get cron job to run

I've got a new Civi installation under Wordpress.  I had a previous Drupal installation, but installed 4.4.4 completely new and did a conversion, porting contacts through flat files.

Two problems:

1) the links to the civicrm mailer settings give a not found error to a logged in administrator -- all other settings seem to work, but this one, which I need, I cannot access: http://willbrownsberger.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/admin/mail&reset=1

2) the cron.php gives this error: ERROR: Invalid username and/or password  -- trust me the user and psw are right.

Try this tutorial at http://www.easycron.com/tutorials/how-to-set-up-cron-job-for-civicrm, may be help you set cron job.

Thank you.   My mistake as to the cron job.  I was putting the database user and psw in the query string.  It wants a valid Wordpress ID and psw.

All is well on that issue.

Still can't get to the mailer settings to set limits and throttle.  So, that's my open issue.   Any further advice much appreciated.
