Show just one tag?

In my database, I have defined several tags. I have also created a profile so that users can update certain fields which pertain to their data record. I would like to allow them the ability to select one of the tags I have defined, but not all.

When I added a Contact->Tag(s) field to the profile, all tags were made available to the users for editing. How can I restrict this field such that they can only select the one tag desired?

May be you can make the Tags Reserved, and use "administer reserved tags" permission for this.

The approach I wound up using was to install the Webform CiviCRM Integration module. This works well.
