Errors from import while editing a contact with custom field, PHP4
May 29, 2007, 09:47:31 pm
Hi.

I'm using PHP4 and just upgraded to CiviCRM 1.7.9682.

I created a couple custom fields and then imported about 500 records.

Now when I try to edit any of those records where the custom field is applied and active, I get errors relating to that custom field.

They are dialog boxes that show up at the top of the screen and give me one option - OK:
"showBlocks array item not in .tpl - ImportData" and
"showBlocks array item not in .tpl - ImportData.show"

I have "ImportData" as a custom data group title.

I'm having trouble replicating the issue on the Demo - which I understand runs PHP5.

I now have a completely clean set of files.

Is there some way to clear the cache? Could that be a complicating factor?

Any help would be wonderful. Thanks!!

Erik.

Another thing to note is that once you click through both errors, the custom fields or the custom field groups do not show up on the edit form.

Also, the errors show up in dialog boxes one after another after the communications data load on the page, but before the "Primary Location" data shows.

I'm not sure if that is useful, but in looking in CRM/Contact/Form/Edit.php made me think that it might.

Errors you're getting come from JavaScript - can you please verify that your CiviCRM Resource URL is properly set and that Common.js file is loaded.

Thx,

Hey Michał.

I verified that the Resource Urls are correct but Jochen Hartmann suggested I cleanup the cache and I think that fixed the issue.

Thanks a bunch!

Erik.
