Can any one tell me how to send an email to each member of the household 
if household has been assigned an membership or
if a head of that household  has been assigned an membership or
if a household member has been assigned membership then
how can we send an membership confirmation MAIL to all of the household members like
1. head of household(supposing he has purchased the membership)
2. household members
3. household

Please suggest me something if possible..

Have you tried doing an Advanced Search on all contact having an active household type relation with the household? And then send an email to the resulting contacts? Would that help?
