Dutch CiviCRM with English country names (in export)

We have CiviCRM with the Dutch language.

But when sending post abroad we sometimes get it back, because they don't understand the country.
For example in Dutch:
USA = Verenigde Staten
(I can understand that not everyone then immediately understands it)

Is it possible to use the EN Country names in exports (and views) and show the Dutch names in Summary and Searches?
If that is not possible is it possible to ALWAYS show the English Country while the rest of the interface is Dutch?

Yep, know that one :-) It is cumbersome, it would be nice to have the country names always translated in the local language?
