Different Membership Types needed for Different Price per Payment Type?

Hi,

I have a general question.

We are looking to charge a premium to members who want to pay by Credit/Debit Card via the online payment processor over those that want to pay by other methods.

So for example, the membership might be £12.00 as standard, but £15.00 if they pay by credit card.

Is this something that can be handled within 1 contribution form, or would I have to create 2 separate ones to handle this price difference - one with a payment processor enabled, and the other with just pay later enabled?
