Hello!

I'm looking for a company or individual to consult with and teach me how to integrate CiviCRM with stand alone websites (Wordpress too) that I build for clients involved in political campaigns or promoting various causes.

Specific features I would like to make available include:

  • Volunteer signup and management.
  • Donations in compliance with FEC requirements.
  • Events creation and management.

Have you had any experience working with CiviCRM with political candidates, campaigns and causes?

Thank you!
Joseph

hey vikas:

thats great to see that you are using CiviCRM for political purposes in India :) Definitely a good thing for the ecosystem. We do hope you contribute your changes and modifications back to the community (and at the same time adhering to and respecting the AGPL license)

Would be great if adaptive would mention and link prominently to CiviCRM. This helps build our marketing and is a good thing for the ecosystem. Together we are a whole lot stronger than individual orgs

Hi Lobo,

Sorry i did not see your comment earlier.

We started it 2 months back for one of the regional political party in India. We showed CIVICRM  capabilities, our CIVICRM expertise and got short listed  But since last one month the work is on hold as currently election are going on India and their people are engage in election We are going to resume the work from 20th April 2014.

I will share my experience as case study on civicrm site. I am glad to say that till now we are able to fulfill are requirements just by simple customization except that we created a custom module for Membership signup page which had inter dependent dropdowns.   For eg. Which "State Chapter" Your would like to join. then based on the selection visitor selects "County/Districts"

As a admirer CIVICRM and team i would be happy to contribute to CIVICRM community.

Regards,

Vikas
