I perform a contact search and find some contacts.

Each contact includes a populated field for State

I click the "Make mailing labels" action.

I pick a label stock (Avery 5160) and a "Primary" location.

The label PDF comes out...and is missing the State data.

I check under Address Settings at

admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/address&reset=1&civicrmDestination=%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3DCiviCRM%26q%3Dcivicrm%2Fadmin%2Fconfigtask%26reset%3D1

And see that the field {contact.state_province} is present and so should be rendering.

All other fields render fine.  For whatever it's worth, "Address Editing" section on same page does have State / Province checked.

I then tested the mailing label format by removing all fields, then leaving only {contact.state_province} and running the job.

That test produced a blank PDF.

Any ideas?
