Could not create a trigger
April 14, 2014, 11:54:46 am
Hi,

I'm trying to install civicrm on wordpress, but keep getting the "Could not create a trigger" warning. I'm using shared hosting from GoDaddy. Is there any way to workaround this without having to spend a fortune on VPS or dedicated?

Thanks,

E

might want to check services from our providers listing: https://civicrm.org/providers/hosting

most of them are very reasonable and affordable.

I don't know what you're paying now but there is some very reasonably priced VPS service from $20-$40 per month or so.
You might be able to work around this problem with goDaddy, but then there will be another problem, and then another. Trust me your time is worth more than that.
