Reports showing different Open rates
April 16, 2014, 04:33:06 am
Hey Civi folk,

I've got a strange situation where if I navigate to a report by going Mailings > Mailing reports > Mailing summary, it shows a different number of opens for each mailing than if I go Mailings > Scheduled and sent mailings > 'X mailing' report.

Does anyone else experience this, and do you know why the discrepancies occur?

Thanks,

Matt

One way probably measures activities and/or emails and the way measures contacts.    There must be an explanation somewhere in the WHERE clause of the MySQL if you feel like digging.
Try CiviTeacher: the online video tutorial CiviCRM learning library.
