Clickatell Extension 4.4

Hi guys,

I can see some important differences between the Clickatell extension at https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/tree/4.3/tools/extensions/org.civicrm.sms.clickatell and https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/tree/4.4/tools/extensions/org.civicrm.sms.clickatell

But the only version available through a traditional download appears to be the 4.3 version, even with a 4.4 install. Could this be because the info file has version 4.3 instead of 4.4 in it?

I think its mainly because 4.4 is not listed here - https://civicrm.org/extensions/clickatell-sms-provider.

But yes version in info file also needs fixing.

I would file an issue or if you can submit / correct yourself, go ahead please :)
