4.4.4 - custom fields on import?
April 23, 2014, 04:16:55 am
Hi guys,

So none of my custom fields are appearing on import since an upgrade from 4.2.13 to 4.4.4.

I used to be able to map a column in the csv file to a custom field in the DB.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

JohnFF

anything else changed?
if you create a new test field does it show in the import mapping?
have you cleared caches?
scratching my head here but the above might shed more light

Turns out that from 4.2 to 4.4 you now have to select the import contact subtype, otherwise you don't get the relevant custom fields, but you never used to need to!

Thanks,
