Contact Image Error after 4.4.5 Upgrade

After upgrading to 4.4.5, I get the following error when I view a contact that has an uploaded image.  Any ideas what's happening?

is this related to changes around the privacy settings on files in civi directories?

is the error logged out or logged in or both

I'm logged in as an Administrator.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "changes around the privacy settings on files in civi directories".  I checked the file and directory permissions and they are: 644 and 755.

I assume this will be fixed in 4.4.6 and for now we should ignore the error message.

I was wondering if anyone has found a fix for the before 4.4.6 comes out? I have a client that really likes to use this feature.
