How to update membership status if a contact is acidentally deceased then brough
April 24, 2014, 01:57:03 am
I've experienced a problem which is easily reproducible on the demo site.

 > Membership is created for a contact
 > The contact is accidentally marked as deceased
 > The membership status is correspondingly marked as deceased
 > The contact has the deceased flag reset to not deceased
 > The membership status for the contact remains as deceased, even after running the cron script to update memberships

I suspect that its not an option to automatically reset membership status to how it was before the contact was deceased because there will be no record of what it was, but could there be a warning when setting the deceased flag that any active memberships will be cancelled and will have to be renewed manually if the user were to undo this action?
