Change field labels on event registration

i have a need to change th field labels of one of my event registrations to Japanese.

i have created new profiles and sat with our translator and changed th field labels in our profiles via Admin> Customise> CiviCRM Profile , so no problem there.

My question is;

How do i go about changing th field labels of th Credit Card Information profile and th Billing Name and Address profile for only one event registration?
