Time mismatch between WP and CiviCRM

My server (Centos), MySQL, and WP and are all on the same timezone (UTC+2).
CiviCRM keep being two hours behind, and now in the latest version pops up a modal warning about an environment mismatch.

I am not sure if anyone else experience this?

No replies as yet! I have been through all of the 'administer' options in CiviCRM but can't see where to set the timezone or to enable automatic sync.
