Hi - should I expect that if I match on LastName +City it will find situations where I have two people with same name in the same city if one of the records has them using the Household address, and the other is just in as an individual - does the duplicate search check the household address fields if the person is using the Household address?

I would expect this to work since individual contacts who are "using a Household address" actually have a read-only copy of the household address stored in civicrm_address (w/ foreign key to their contact record). That said, I doubt if this case has been tested much / at all.

I think this was a problem of my using Smart Groups - and or changing &rgid=1 to account for groups by changing the '1' rather than adding &gid=xxx (ie i hadn't spotted the nuance of the 'r'). So will keep my eye open for this working or not.
