[Solved] Profile not showing on online registration page

I'm setting up an event for the first time. On the online registration I have two profiles: "Add or Edit" and one I created "Catering Information".

Add or Edit always shows up. Catering Information only shows when I am logged in. When I test it on another browser it doesn't show. I've deleted the profile and the custom fields and started again with different names for fields and profiles and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Have you given your anonymous user the permission CiviCRM: access all custom data
