Customizing search results view
April 30, 2014, 08:38:56 am
We're creating a membership directory using a custom profile. Our membership is company-based, but we are using the directory to pull the information from the main contact for each company. I'd like to customize the results table so that it doesn't show the contact person's name in the first column. Ideally, we don't want it to display in the results at all, just on the profile page after the jump. We'd also like to remove the person icon, and have the profile linked to the company name rather than as a separate "view" column. I've read some of the documentation on customizing profiles, does the same hold for search results? Are any of the things that we want to do going to cause issues?

We're running Joomla 2.5.19 and CiviCRM 4.4.4
